1 arrested during Eagles tailgate, mounted unit assaulted

One person was arrested during pregame festivities ahead of the NFC Championship game at Lincoln Financial Field in South Philadelphia.

FOX 29’s Dave Schratwieser reports one person was arrested following a fight in one of the stadium’s parking lots.

Fans had been piling into the parking lots, getting ready for the game since early this morning.

Schratwieser also reports a Pennsylvania State Police mounted unit was assaulted.

Prior to last week’s game against the Atlanta Falcons, a 22-year-old man was arrested and charged with assaulting a police horse.
