17-year-old girl shot in vehicle in St. Paul
ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - A 17-year-old girl was shot while driving in a St. Paul neighborhood, according to St. Paul police.
Sunday around 9:15 p.m., the girl was riding in the front passenger seat near Rice Street and Geranium Avenue when a bullet went through the windshield and hit the teen in her left shoulder area.
She was driven to Regions Hospital, where she received treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
Police are investigating where the shot came from and if the shooter knew the victim or the two others in the vehicle.
There have been no arrests.
