Bartz brothers name lobster snow sculpture 'Diggs' after Vikings win

The Bartz brothers are at it again with another snow sculpture, but this time with a little Vikings twist.

Austin, Trevor and Connor Bartz, all of New Brighton, unveiled their 2018 snow sculpture Tuesday night. Two friends, Seth Hanson and Caleb Kroeze, also helped. Following an aquatic theme from past years, this year's sculpture features a 19-feet tall lobster.

In honor of Stefon Diggs' 61-yard winning touchdown from Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints, the brothers affectionately named the lobster "Diggs."

It took the brothers about 350 hours to create their masterpiece. They got the snow from a nearby tennis court and from deliveries from Aspen Outdoor Services and the City of New Brighton.

Visitors can donate money online to help provide clean water around the world. Last year they raised more than $25,000.

You can check out the sculpture at 2777 16th Street NW, New Brighton, Minnesota 55112.
