BCA, State Fire Marshal investigating fatal fire in Winona, Minn.
WINONA, Minn. (FOX 9) - The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating a fatal fire that occurred in Winona, Minnesota early Monday morning.
At 3:50 a.m., police and firefighters responded to a fire at a house on the 100 block of East 8th Street. Once the fire was extinguished, they discovered a man dead inside.
The manner of death has not been determined. The BCA, State Fire Marshal and the Winona Police Department are investigating.
