(KMSP) - The Minnesota State Fair has named the 12 winners of its 2018 Best Awards. The awards honor the best of the 1,200 commercial exhibits, concessions, attractions and food vendors at the 2018 Great Minnesota Get-Together.
The Anchor Coffee House (located on the west side of Underwood Street between Carnes and Judson avenues outside Ramberg Music Cafe)
Big Bamboo Fun House (ride located at Kidway, northeast section)
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota (located on the west side of Cooper Street, outside of the
Agriculture Horticulture Building)
The Hangar (located at the northeast corner of Murphy Avenue and Underwood Street)
Haunted Castle Dark Ride (ride located at Mighty Midway, south central section)
Minnesota United FC (located in FAN Central, north wall)
Nordic Waffles (located at West End Market, southwest section)
Paddle North (located in the Dairy Building, east wall)
Rainbow Midwest Inc. (located at the west side of Underwood Street between Wright and Dan Patch avenues)
The Vintage Tin (located in the Grandstand, upper level, west section)
Whatnot Boutique (located at West End Market, south section)
Whopper Water (game located at Mighty Midway, northeast section)
State Fair building superintendents and organizers nominated exhibitors, vendors and concessionaires for the awards. A committee then reviewed nominations and selected 12 winners who exemplify the following characteristics:

Knowledgeable staff with positive attitudes who are courteous, thoughtful and professional
An amazing visual presentation and positive image
Present a premium quality product/service
