Body found in Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge in Bloomington, Minn.
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (KMSP) - A body was found near the walking path in the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge in Bloomington, Minnesota Thursday morning.
At approximately 8:30 a.m., a person walking on the path called 911 after finding what appeared to be a deceased person, according to the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office. First responders recovered the body from a creek.
The incident remains under investigation. More information is expected to be released Thursday afternoon.
