It was a dream come true for a four-year-old girl fighting a rare disease.

Arianna of St. Paul has Loey-Dietz syndrome, which impacts her body’s connective tissues and could cause heart issues.

Starkey Hearing worked with Make-A-Wish Minnesota to give her the surprise fit for royalty. Amy’s Cupcake Shop in Hopkins opened just for Arianna, where she was treated with a special cupcake party. Her favorite Disney princess, Princess Sofia also stopped by and surprised her with a trip to Disney World.

“Being able to give this opportunity to give them hope and joy is one of the best things in the world,” said Tammy Block, Vice President of Development at Make-A-Wish Minnesota.

“Just thinking about fun,” said Zongly Vang, Arianna's mom. “She’s not worried about her medical condition that she has. Not worried about taking medications. She’s just thinking about fun.”
