Greeter at Elk River, Minn. Walmart will make you smile

ELK RIVER, Minn. (KMSP) - He seems to elicit a smile from everyone he meets, but that's only one reason Ray Belanger is more than just a greeter. To some in Elk River he's the grandfather they've never had.

The 79-year-old offers fist bumps, high fives, thumbs up and even jewels of wisdom on customers’ way in and or of Elk River’s Wal-Mart.
