HELP ID: BCA seeks help finding cyclist who witnessed Damond shooting
MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is looking for a man who witnessed officers Harrity and Noor provide medical assistance to Justine Damond before she died Saturday night.
Harrity told investigators that they saw an 18 to 25-year-old white man biking eastbound on West 51st Street immediately before the fatal officer-involved shooting.
The biker stopped at the scene and watched as the officers provided medical assistance.
