Jeff Passolt receives retirement send-off message from St. Cloud State hockey, former coach

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (FOX 9) - As FOX 9's Jeff Passolt nears his final day on the news desk, many are sending their best wishes, including key people from Passolt's past.

In the late '70s, Passolt played hockey for St. Cloud State University. His former coach, Charlie Basch, and teammate, Dave Reichel,  recorded a surprise goodbye message for Passolt.

The members of the current Huskies team also commented on Passolt's lasting legacy.

Passolt's last day on the air is Sunday, May 5.
