Man found dead after vehicle fire at Oakland Cemetery
ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - A man was found dead after a vehicle fire at Oakland Cemetery in St. Paul, according to St. Paul fire officials.
Friday around 1:15 p.m., St. Paul firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on the cemetery grounds near Sylvan Street and Litchfield Street W.
The crews quickly put out the fire, but then discovered a man inside the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of fire and the cause of death are under investigation by the St. Paul Police Department and the Ramsey County Medical Examiner.
