Collin Peterson win in Minnesota's 7th Congressional District
Democrat Collin Peterson fended of Republican challenger Dave Hughes in Minnesota's Seventh District to keep hold of the seat he has occupied since 1991.
Two years ago Peterson bested Hughes winning 52.5% to 47.4%
Peterson has managed to keep winning elections in a district that has grown more conservative in recent years.
