Police searching for Minnesota woman after husband's 'suspicious' death
BLOOMING PRAIRIE, Minn. (KMSP) - Minnesota authorities are looking for the wife of a man who was found dead in rural Dodge County Friday, according to a release.
Police identified the victim as 54-year-old David Riess of Blooming Prairie, Minn., saying he died from multiple gunshot wounds. Officials had earlier referred to the death as "suspicious."
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Dodge County Sheriff's Office are looking for 56-year-old Lois Ann Riess, who they describe as 5'5'' and weighing 165 pounds, with brown eyes and blonde hair.
She is believed to be driving a white 2005 Cadillac Escalade with Minnesota license plate 864-LAE and may be armed, with police cautioning the public to avoid approaching her.
According to the release, Louis Riess is known to frequent area casinos.
