(FOX 9) - Leigh Finke is the first transgender lawmaker in the Minnesota House after she won the Minnesota House District 66A seat on Tuesday, November 8.
Finke faced Republican Trace Johnson in the largely DFL Twin Cities district, which includes Roseville.
