According to the Carver County Sheriff's Office, at about 1:35 p.m. Aug. 31, authorities received a report of a crash on County Road 11 at County Road 40 in Dahlgren Township.
When officials arrived, they discovered a 66-year-old man had been struck by a car while he was bicycling. Dyste was the nordic ski coach at St. Louis Park High School, community members confirmed on Facebook.
