MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - The body of a missing University of Minnesota employee was found in the Mississippi River south of the Short Line Bridge in Minneapolis on Saturday afternoon, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office.
Rinzin Dorjee, 55, of Minneapolis was reported missing by a coworker late Thursday night, July 7.
Authorities are investigating the cause of death.
Early searches led to the discovery of blood, and police determined that Dorjee may have been injured while at work. Surveillance video shows him leaving the building alone and walking toward the area of Fulton Street SE and Ontario Street SE.
