Duluth police share fatal shootings update [RAW]
Duluth authorities shared new information on two shootings that left two children and three adults dead, including the suspected shooter.
DULUTH, Minn. (FOX 9) - Duluth law enforcement are releasing new details about a pair of shootings that left two children and three adults dead on Thursday, including the suspected shooter.

Identities released
Authorities have released the following identities:
- Anthony Nephew, 46, of Duluth, is suspected of shooting the victims and was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot.
- Erin Abramson, 47, of Duluth, was found dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
- Jacob Nephew, 15, of Duluth, was found dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
- Kathryn Nephew, 45, of Duluth, was found dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
- Oliver Nephew, 7, of Duluth, was found dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
Duluth police news conference
Police say they discovered the first crime scene after conducting a welfare check for Erin Abramson.
Abramson was an employee for the City of Superior, and another employee contacted police when she didn't show up for work, according to law enforcement.
Duluth police say Erin Abramson, 47, and her son, Jacob Nephew, 15, both from Duluth, were found at a home in the 6000 block of Tacony Street shortly after 2 p.m. on Thursday.
Both reportedly sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
Police say Anthony Nephew and Erin Abramson were in a previous relationship and Jacob was their child.
After identifying 46-year-old Anthony Nephew as a suspect, police went to his home in the 4400 block of West 6th Street in Duluth.
Police said they had previous calls related to that address, but did not elaborate.
Using a drone, officers then found the bodies of 45-year-old Kathryn Nephew and her 7-year-old son, Oliver Nephew.
Police say they had also been fatally shot.
At the time of the shootings, Anthony Nephew was married to Kathryn Nephew and Oliver was their child.
Anthony Nephew was also found dead at that location with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Duluth Police Chief Mike Ceynowa added that police had seen "a pattern of mental health issues" with Anthony Nephew.
What we don't know
Authorities have not released information on a possible motive or the specific circumstances leading up to the shootings.
Police say they are also utilizing cell phone data to determine the timeline of the shootings.
