'Endangered' missing teen located in Savage, reported safe

PRIOR LAKE, Minn. (FOX 9) - A 19-year-old man who was last seen in Savage on July 8 has been found after the Prior Lake Police Department asked the public's assistance in locating him.

Rich's family was concerned for his well-being, with the police alert calling him an "endangered missing person."
