Forest Lake police seek assistance locating missing teen

FOREST LAKE, Minn. (FOX 9) - The Forest Lake Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Desiray Kappes, 14, who was last seen on May 19 around 8:30 a.m.

According to police, she was last seen leaving her residence on a bike. It is unknown where her destination was at the time.
