Former South St. Paul employee charged for swindling more than $100,000 from city
SOUTH ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - The former airport manager of South St. Paul is charged with seven counts of swindling money from the city of South St. Paul over the course of about six years, according to the Dakota County Attorney.
54-year-old Glenn Charles Burke of Inver Grove Heights served as airport manager for the city from June 1994 to May 2015.
