GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. (FOX 9) - A west metro home once owned by Prince could be hitting the market soon.
A Carver County judge has approved listing the Golden Valley house.
It was not previously cleared for sale because one of Prince's heirs was living in it. They have now agreed to allow it to be listed.
Hennepin County property records estimate the home's market value at $569,000.
