Gov. Walz welcomes students back for new school year

(FOX 9) - Gov. Tim Walz on Tuesday, Sept. 6, welcomed students back for a new school year.

The governor, as well as Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan and Minnesota Department of Education Commissioner Heather Mueller will kick off the 2022-23 school year by greeting students and teachers Tuesday morning at Zanewood Elementary School in Brooklyn Park.
