Inside Look: 'Grumpy Old Men' home for sale in St. Paul

(FOX 9) - The home featured in the “Grumpy Old Men” films is on the market for the first time in 72 years. The house was where Ann Margret's character lived in the movies.

According to the realtor, the 100-year-old home was chosen by filmmakers because they were looking for a house that overlooked the rest of the neighborhood. In the 1990s, St. Paul was trying to get more movies filmed in the city.
