BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. (KMSP) - A shooting in Brooklyn Center sent one man to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to Brooklyn Center Police Commander Tony Gruenig.
At 3:47 p.m., police received a report of shooting in 6000 block of Colfax Ave North.
When officers arrived, they found an adult male who had been shot multiple times. After giving him first aid, crews took him to an area hospital for treatment. He has life-threatening injuries.
Soon after officers got to the scene, a possible suspect came up to the police and surrendered himself. Police currently have two adults in custody in connection to the incident.
There is no threat to the public at this time.
The case is still under investigation.
