Minneapolis police investigating fatal shooting near Children's Hospital

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - A man was shot and killed near Children's Hospital in Minneapolis late Tuesday night. 

The Minneapolis Police Department says the man was shot around 11 p.m. on the 2500 block of 10th Avenue South. 

The victim died a short time after he  was dropped off at Abbott Northwestern Hospital by private car.

Police are investigating, but no arrests have been made.
