New baby Dall's sheep at Como Zoo

SAINT PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - Visitors to the Como Zoo can now see a new snow white baby Dall's sheep scampering around.

According to a media release from the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory, the female sheep was born on June 4. Her name is Rainy - appropriately named as her mother and father are named Storm and Thunder.

Male Dall's sheep, known as rams, are most recognized for their large curled horns. Female sheep also have horns, but they are much shorter and not as curved.
