A new fence for safety put up along Tonka Bay on Lake Minnetonka has some fishermen upset.
The yellow snow fence down County Road 19 is making it harder for those who don't live on the lake or have a boat to get access. It is essentially a divide over public access versus public safety.
Officials say it is distinctly a safety issue due to hardly any shoulder on the well-traveled road.
