North St. Paul police looking for someone who set off an explosive
NORTH ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - North St. Paul police are looking for the suspect in this YouTube video. The video posted by North St. Paul police shows the suspect getting off a bike and setting an explosive on the ground, the person then lights it and bikes off.
The explosive damaged the outside of the building. Several windows broke from the blast.
It happened at 2419 Margaret Street North in an office building parking lot just after midnight Friday.
