MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - Minneapolis police have released new photos of the victim's car and the suspect SUV involved in a road rage shooting incident during rush hour on Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis Tuesday night.
What happened
The woman told police she was driving south on Hennepin Avenue near Groveland Avenue around 5 p.m. when another Jeep cut her cut off. She honked her horn, the Jeep pulled up next to her and someone inside fired a gun.
The woman, who suffered four gunshot wounds, was still in the hospital as of Thursday.
Minneapolis police say they were careful not to include enough of the victim's car in the car to make it identifiable so as to protect the identity and safety of the victim.
Suspects and vehicle
Police are looking for a tan, ivory or gold 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with tinted windows and three men in their 20s. One of the men has shoulder-length black dreadlocks.
