Police discover 'crude homemade IED' on road in Wyoming, Minn.

WYOMING, Minn, (FOX 9) - Police in Wyoming, Minnesota shared a photo on Twitter after a strange and dangerous discovery Saturday night.
According to police, officers discovered that someone tried igniting "a crude homemade IED" in the middle of the road.
"They are lucky someone or themselves weren’t injured as a result," officers wrote.
The St Paul Bomb squad assisted in dismantling the device and rendering it safe.
