Rainfall totals from Wednesday night's storms in Minnesota
(KMSP) - Strong storms brought heavy rains to central Minnesota, which moved through the Twin Cities metro area Wednesday night. A flash flood warning was put into effect for Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Scott and Washington counties, but has since expired.
As of 9:32 p.m., there were about 127 outage orders affecting 8,275 customers in the metro area, according to Xcel Energy.
