Shakopee police rescue ducklings from sewer, reunite with mother

SHAKOPEE, Minn. (FOX 9) - Over the Mother's Day weekend, members of the Shakopee Fire Department and Police Department rescued ducklings from the sewer and returned them to their mother.

The department posted to Facebook Monday, sharing a video of the reunion. 

On Friday, Eden Prairie police rescued ducklings from a storm drain and shared photos afterward.

"If this doesn't scream Happy Mother's Day, I'm not sure what does," the department wrote.
