Level of moisture in the air will rise briefly on Tuesday as it migrates northward
A cold front will slip through the state by Thursday which will push back the building humidity levels, and keep those high dewpoints to our south as a high pressure along the Gulf Coast moves into a better position to transport moisture northward
High pressure in the south is in the perfect poisition to pump in copious amounts of moisture, but it pools to our south along a lingering stationary boundary. This will keep us on the cooler and drier side of the front
