St. Paul police officer crashed into home while responding to a call
ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) - A St. Paul police officer crashed into a home while responding to a call Thursday night.
St. Paul officer injured after crashing into home
What we know: At about 8:45 p.m. Thursday, an officer was responding to help with a person in crisis call when they crashed their squad car into a home on the 1200 block of Edmund Avenue.
The officer was hurt when their knee hit the dashboard during the crash, resulting in a cut. They were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The crash caused minor damage to the home.
What they're saying: The St. Paul Police Department says the crash is under investigation.
