St. Paul city leaders on Thursday, April 6, addressed the ongoing pothole problem in the city and their plans to repair roadways.

ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) - Leaders in the City of St. Paul addressed road conditions within the city and shared plans for filling potholes after a harsh winter has left area roadways bumpier than ever.
