Target is recalling approximately 178,000 dressers because they can tip over and pose a hazard to children.

The Minneapolis-based retailer says it has received 12 reports of the dressers tipping over or collapsing, including one incident when a dresser tipped over onto two three-year-old children. No injuries have been reported.

According to the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission, the recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall.

The Room Essentials four-drawer dressers were sold in Target stores in the United States and Canada between January 2013 and April 2016 for about $118. They are sold in three colors – black, espresso and maple.

Consumers who purchased the recalled dressers are eligible for a refund. More information can be found here.
