Halloween Trail Walk:

  • $6 admission

Stop by this event and visit trick-or-treat stations, dance to spooky tunes, and play Halloween-themed games. This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. Adults are free with a food donation to benefit The Open Door.

BareBones 30th Annual Extravaganza:

  • Midtown Greenway, Minneapolis
  • Oct. 27-31
  • $20 donation per ticket suggested

This outdoor spectacle includes larger-than-life puppetry, stilting, dance, fire, song, and live music. BareBones Productions is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit that puts on several performances, parades, and installations including their Halloween show which is a cult favorite.

Brews and Boomsticks:

  • Boom Island Brewing Company, Minnetonka
  • Oct. 27
  • Free admission

Head to this event for a Hogwarts-inspired evening with a costume contest and limited edition brews. Four new beers inspired by the dragons of the Harry Potter series will be available in flights while supplies last.

Hallo-wine Trail:

  • Vintage Escapes Winery, Kilkenny
  • Oct. 29
  • $15 per person

Grab your costumes and head out for a night of adult trick-or-treating wine five wine samples and a tasting glass. Live music, food, and an indoor bar will also be available at the event.

Anoka Halloween:

  • Various locations, Anoka
  • Oct. 24-31
  • Free admission

Head to the Halloween Capital of the World for festivities all month. Highlights include the tent party on Oct. 27 and the 1.5-mile-long Grande Day Parade on Oct. 28.
