Rocco Baldelli: Twins fans 'a weapon' for postseason run
MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Minnesota fans are a "weapon" as the Twins continue their postseason run, according to Twins manager Rocco Baldelli.
"Our crowd, it’s a weapon. It’s a weapon for us. I mean, they’re still going right now, they were going before the first pitch. The crowd just never stopped. It affects us, in a good way. It affects the other team. It’s a weapon," Baldelli told ESPN after Wednesday's win against the Toronto Blue Jays.
After Game 1, Twins players also commented on how great the fans were, saying they helped them win.
