The deadline is closing in for Minnesota Twins fans to vote Brian Dozier into the All-Star Game, and one Minnetonka boy is doing all he can to make sure that happens.
11-year-old Noah Olson has been standing outside of his home, holding up #VoteDozier signs in a grassroots campaign for the second baseman. Word of his hard work made its way to the Twins front office, and Noah was brought to Target Field Thursday night to meet Dozier face-to-face.
“It was awesome!” Noah said. “Just shaking his hand, it was great!"
Voting for the final All-Star selections will end Friday afternoon at 3 p.m.
