Zach Parise and Thomas Vanek will not travel to Dallas for Games 1 and 2 of the NHL playoffs, the Minnesota Wild confirmed Wednesday. Parise is out indefinitely with an upper-body injury. He reportedly visited a specialist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. this week for consultation on a herniated disk.

Vanek is week-to-week with an upper-body injury. Erik Haula, who is listed as day-to-day with a lower-body injury, will travel with the team to Dallas.

Parise has been out since the Wild’s April 5 loss to the San Jose Sharks. Vanek has not skated since the April 1 game against the Detroit Red Wings.

Haula has not missed any games this season, but has not skated with the Wild since the April 9 regular season finale. He skated on his own Wednesday morning at Xcel Energy Center.
