One year ago, well-known Hmong activist and comedian Tou Ger Xiong was murdered while vacationing in Colombia. His death shocked Minnesotans, and many mourned his death from local sports teams, elected officials, community leaders, and beyond.

President Joe Biden on Thursday commuted 1,500 sentences and pardoned 39 people, setting a single-day record. His actions included the pardoning of three people from Minnesota and two people from Wisconsin. 

MN Attorney General sues gun-maker Glock [RAW]

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison filed a lawsuit Thursday morning against Glock, a firearms manufacturer, over its pistol "switch" conversion capability. The lawsuit claims the gun-maker has known since the 1908s that the firearm's design allowed for easy modifications to function as a fully automatic weapon.
