St. Paul teen wraps up epic 2 year bike ride

A St. Paul teen is back home after spending the last two years pedaling his bicycle around the world. Instead of heading to college after graduating high school, Adam Swanson decided to go on an "epic" bike trip. Through the journey around Europe, Central Asia and North America, he racked up more than 21,000 miles! Swanson joined FOX 9 Good Day to chat about the trip and what's next for his life.

NASA marks Webb Telescope 1st anniversary

NASA is celebrating the first anniversary of the James Webb Space Telescope. It's been capturing remarkable images from outer space and helping scientists gain a deeper understanding of the "great unknown". Vikings' Blake Proehl headlining Minneapolis concert

He’s a Vikings football player by day, and singer by night. Blake Proehl was picked up by the Vikings in spring of 2021 as an undrafted free agent. As fate would have it, the rookie blew out his knee in four places during a preseason practice with Denver in his first season. During his recovery, he discovered a hidden talent. Proehl turned to music. On Saturday, July 15, the Vikings wide receiver will headline his first concert at Fine Line in Minneapolis. The show comes just two weeks ahead of the start of Vikings Training Camp.

Doggie Walk benefits Page Education Foundation

A Minnesota Vikings Legend is using the power of pets to help students of color have access to higher education. Justice Alan Page is the Founder of the Page Education Foundation. Saturday July 15th is their annual summer celebration, its called the Doggie Walk, and it’s in partnership with local non-profit The Rescue Pack.
