A Minneapolis bakery is whipping up more than just delicious cookies for the holidays. They’re baking with purpose. At Cookie Cart, the bakery is a classroom where teens are learning skills to set them up for successful futures. Cookie Cart is a non-profit with two locations, North Minneapolis, 1119 W Broadway Avenue, and St. Paul, 946 Payne Avenue. The cookie recipes came from Sister Jean, who started the non-profit in 1988.
