The man shot by St. Paul police, Earl Bennett, is facing charges for his alleged involvement in a shooting at a sober living facility, and police say he is also a suspect in a deadly Minneapolis encampment shooting. Bennett has a first appearance scheduled Wednesday afternoon for charges filed in Hennepin County, but he remains at Region Hospitals in critical but stable condition. FOX 9’s Bill Keller has the story.

'Walz failed' written on roof of MN Governor's Mansion

Graffiti stating "Walz failed" is on an HVAC system on the roof of the Governor's Mansion in St. Paul as Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz campaigns to be the next vice president of the United States. Walz and his family are living in a different home, Eastcliff, while renovations are being done on the Governor's Mansion. "Walz failed" is a popular slogan among those who oppose Gov. Walz. It's unclear how the graffiti got on the roof or how long it's been there.
