Hurricane Helene death toll continues to rise

Hurricane Helen has claimed the lives of at least 130 people, but the Department of Homeland Security cautions that the death toll could rise to 600 by week's end, as thousands remain unaccounted for. The storm hit North Carolina hard, with heavy rains washing out roads and buildings, leaving people stranded in the City of Ashville.
