MN weather: Frozen Tuesday, warmer Wednesday

Staying frozen again Tuesday afternoon, but a warm front pushes western Minnesota above freezing. That front cruises through the rest of the state this evening, holding temps steady in the 20s Tuesday night and allowing for a warm-up to the 40s for Wednesday.

MN weather: Frozen start, warm up ahead

Tuesday will still be rather cold, with single digits in the morning and highs in the 30s for the Twin Cities metro. However, a warm front is moving in during the afternoon, bringing clouds along with it and higher temps in the low 40s for Wednesday.

November would've been the driest on record, but the snow over the weekend changed that. The week will start very cold, with temperatures below zero Monday and Tuesday. The rest of the week will warm up, with temperatures rising to above average.

After a snowy Saturday night, there will be a break. But, by around lunchtime on Sunday, the snow flurries will continue. Sunday is cold and cloudy, with most high temperatures in the state being in the 20s.

Some light snow has hit the Twin Cities, making the roads slick. The light snow will continue into Sunday. Sunday afternoon and evening will feel very cold due to a cold front and high winds coming in.

A chilly, but sunny Friday will lead to cloud cover for most of the weekend, with temperatures topping out in the 30s and possible snow flurries.

Friday will be the coldest day of the season so far. But, the clouds will stay away until Friday evening so the sun will be out. The high temperature in the Twin Cities will be 30 degrees Friday.

Thanksgiving is going to be a cold one. Temperatures will be reaching just below freezing at a of 31 degrees in the Twin Cities metro.

MN weather: Seasonable, blustery Tuesday

Seasonable but blustery winds are in the forecast for Tuesday, ahead of a chilly Thanksgiving. After some drips in the morning, Tuesday will see a high of around 41 degrees in the Twin Cities. The blustery breezes will fall off overnight, and Wednesday will be warmer with a high of around 50 degrees and sunshine with a veil of high clouds.
