MN weather: Heat, humidity turns to storms

Heat and humidity in Minnesota is expected to turn into storms going into Monday evening. Severe storms are expected Monday evening with the possibility of heavy rain, strong winds and hail.

MN weather: Hot and humid, strong storms Monday night

An excessive heat warning is in place for the Twin Cities metro through Monday night. Temperatures are around 90 degrees, but the heat index will likely be over 105 degrees. Sunday is expected to be very hot and humid, with an excessive heat warning in place for the Twin Cities until Monday night. Dew points are expected to rise into the mid 70s making it feel like almost 100 degrees outside.
