Kim Potter trial: Judge rejects defense attempt to include 'bad behavior' evidence

Judge Regina Chu on Wednesday rejected an attempt by Potter’s defense team to introduce prior evidence of Wright allegedly fleeing police during arrests, ruling that since Potter did not know about Wright's previous incidents at the time of the deadly traffic stop, the jury will not hear about it.
