Freezing temps won't scare Shayne from a morning dip in Lake Harriet

Shayne, undeterred by the weather joins the Submergents, a group of hearty souls who head out to Lake Harriet every morning in the winter, cut a fresh hole in the ice, and get in the frigid water....to relax....yikes.
