Minneapolis Police give update on fatal shooting of 10-year-old boy

Public Information Officer Garrett Parten for the Minneapolis Police Department briefed media Saturday afternoon on the fatal shooting of a 10-year-old boy. It happened while the boy and a juvenile family member were in an apartment alone Friday night.
